We collect personal information that you have provided to us about yourself. This could include your name, email address, address and phone number. We do not store your credit card details.

If you do not provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with these services.

We may also use your personal information for other purposes (and/or share your information with a third party) because we believe it is necessary to do so, in these circumstances:

(b) to protect the rights, property or personal safety of our suppliers, customers or any member of the public;

We share your personal information with third parties we engage to help us run aspects of our business efficiently. This includes suppliers of the products (artists/designers), plus service providers who assist us with order fulfilment, supply chain and logistics.

When you provide us with your information, we automatically add you to our mailing list so that we can send you information about our products and services as well as third party products and services that we think could be of interest to you (including promotions, discounts and special events).
You can unsubscribe from receiving marketing information at any time by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the 'Unsubscribe' link in the emails we send you.
- How can I change or delete the information you keep about me?
You can change your information by logging into the dashboard of our secure website. We reserve the right to keep a copy of your personal information to comply with our recordkeeping obligations at law.
- Is my information secure?
The transfer of information across any media may involve a certain degree of risk, and the Internet is no different. However, helping you to keep your information secure is very important to Brent Rosenberg.
In order to protect the security of personal information transmitted to Brent Rosenberg, our servers support the use of the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Protocol where appropriate. Using this protocol, information transferred between your web browser our systems is encrypted.
You can also use simple precautions to help protect your security, such as protecting against the unauthorised use of your username or password.
All sales purchases are final and there is no returns due to change of mind. Edition numbers will vary during sale periods, if edition numbers are available prints will be sent signed and numbered with the next edition available, however in some cases sale purchases will be signed and numbered with a AP mark, which means the prints is signed as an Artist Proof. No returns will be available for AP's.
Free delivery will occur during sale periods (AUSTRALIA ONLY), however all framed prints or Original will incur a delivery and insurance fee at the cost of the customer.
We cannot honour Sale prices to purchases made before or after sale periods.
