Shipping Domestic

For shipment of PRINT ONLY purchases we offer complimentary shipping Australia wide.

For shipment of FRAMED ARTWORK due to the large nature of each framed piece please email- hello@brentrosenberg.com so we can put together quote for professional art courier service.

Shipping International

For International shipping is a flat rate $60 AUD applies

Customs and import duties fees may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country. These fees must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid custom charges, Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

If you would like framed artwork please contact us- h ello@brentrosenberg.com, prior to purchase as you will need a shipping and insurance quote from a professional art courier service.

Returns

We do not allow for refunds due to change of mind, as the size and colours are very clearly listed and represented for every item. As each print is made to order, we cannot refund the sale unless the product is damaged or faulty. If your item arrives damaged or faulty please get in contact with in 15 business days and return the item in its original packaging. All shipping costs, including packaging and postage charges for return of the item to be exchanged must be paid for by the customer, unless both parties agree upon. 

We do  advise you use registered post to return your items, any other form of shipping will break the warranty of the print as we will not be liable for items that go missing in transit.

*Any framed artwork can not be returned as it not deemed to be in a resale-able condition.

Delivery 

Due to each print being created to order, please allow 3-5 weeks (timeframe during sale times may differ) for delivery Australia wide. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery for all framed artworks. (excluding, public holidays and weekends)
